FREE delivery for Raquets Australia Wide and orders over $150 and only $9.95 for accessories (if ordered separately) or orders less than $150.

All purchases are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order and payment.

Order by 2pm - we'll dispatch (your order will leave our warehouse) same day
We typically will dispatch your order within 1 working day
We have the ability to send most orders to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Sydney (weekdays)
We will email you a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched - (typically by 7pm)

Your parcel will be delivered via Courier or Australia Post.

** WA Customers - Australia Post's Express Next Day Delivery network is unfortunately extremely restricted from Sydney. It is confined to the Perth CBD only servicing postcodes in the ranges 6000-6005; 6800-6899

Please ensure that you provided us with the correct address including correct Suburb and Postcode. If your address is incorrect and gets returned to the warehouse we will need to charge you a redelivery fee.

New Zealand

Shopping from NZ is easy and cost-effective. Orders are shipped from Australia - and shipped locally in NZ by NZ Post.

NB Orders to NZ are generally GST free depending on order value (consult NZ Customs' FAQ) - hence you can take 10% off the Australian retail price and delivery fees.

Standard Delivery: expected shipment times are 5 business days. We Australia Post's Standard International Parcel Post with online tracking to NZ to reduce your shipping costs. You should be able to track your parcel on Australia Post's website.

Note: some larger and bulky items are not available for shipping to NZ.

International

We only ship to New Zealand at this time. We do not ship to other international countries.

Returns Policy:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper (for domestic customers), however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper , the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request
