Warranty

We warrant to the equipment sold is free of defects in materials and manufacturing for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase, except as noted below. If at any time within one year of your purchase, you discover a defect in materials or manufacturing, please contact us. We will repair or replace the product.

This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, or damage caused by sand or dirt abrasion or that caused by immersion in water.

This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to products used commercially or in rental operations.

Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns and Refunds Policy

Frescobol Australia provides a satisfaction guarantee whereby if a purchaser or gift recipient is not completely satisfied with their equipment, they may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund provided that the product(s) are in new condition and packaged in their original packaging. The cost of return shipping has to be paid for by the customer or gift recipient.

Shipping Policy

Frescobol Australia ships parcels using Australia Post parcel service. Frescobol Australia's product prices on this website exclude the cost of shipping. Please contact Frescobol Australia to confirm shipping rates to countries outside of Australia. All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of receipt of payment. Most shipments take between 2 and 4 days.
